About Havasu Heights
Lake Havasu Heights is in a very rural area approximately 20 miles outside of Lake Havasu City, Arizona. I have lived in this area for over 25 years now and have seen many changes so I thought it might be a good idea to start a website for the history of our little community.
Many years ago, lots were selling for a little over $200. Now your fortunate to find one for under $20,000!
All of the lots are at least one arce or more.
Our wonderful tasting water comes from an underground river! Our well is approximatley 950 foot deep! Now that's a deep subject!
Our current growth rate is expanding everyday! We seem to be in a building boom.
